Please, read before making a purchase!
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit if the item is damaged or defective. Items received after the specified return period will not be accepted.
Note! We do not refund you. We only offer you store credit upon the approval of your returned item.
*All purchased or sales item are final and not returnable or refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@dorisglamboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package at no cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 2 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any items returned in damaged condition will be inspected and if the the item was damaged before it was delivered, we will send you a new one if it is still available in stock. If the item is no longer available we will issue you a refund in the form of a store credit.
If the item is inspected and deemed to have been worn or damaged by the customer, we will not replace the product or provide a refund in the form of a store credit.
We only return or exchange damaged items. All sales are final. You may contact us at Sales@dorisglamboutique.com if you have any questions about our return policy.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as Beauty and Personal care products). Special orders ( Such as sales items, promotion items, discount code items or gift cards or personalized items) can not be returned. Sunglasses, underwears and bras can not be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the store credit that will be provided to you upon the approval of your returned item.
Refunds
Note! "We only refund you with store credit"
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the returned item was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a store credit.
Please, remember it can take up to 3 business days for the store credit to process and post on your account.
*Only Domestic returns are accepted. We do not accept the return of international purchases.
*Please attach the original packing slip in the box when you return it.
