COVID-19 SHIPPING 

Dear Customer,

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, there may be delays.

It is important to us that we ease your concerns about all orders shipping from dorisglamboutique.com. We want to ensure that our carriers are closely following the guidance of global health experts as it continues to deliver your packages for us.

Experts from the CDC (US Centers for Disease Control) and the WHO (World Health Organization) have stated that the likelihood of catching the  COVID19 Virus by touching packages, cardboard or other shipping boxes or mailers is low.

If you placed an order, we will keep you informed if there is any disruption in your delivery. If you have any other concerns about your package or what we are doing to keep you safe, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Sales@dorisglamboutique.com

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders $75 and over ships free. All orders below $75 will be charged a general  fixed rate shipping during checkout based on purchased price. We offer only domestic shipping at this time.

Fulfillment Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends. Orders placed over the weekends are shipped on Mondays. Orders placed by noon 12 p.m. EST & 3 p.m. PST are  usually processed on the same day - 72 hours(3 days), though our policy is officially 5 days from receipt of order. 

Shipping Rates

We offer the following domestic carrier services: USPS and UPS

All packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS 

Orders less than $75 will be charged a fixed shipping rate at checkout.

Orders between  ($0.01 to $30 pays a fixed shipping rate of $8 at checkout)

Orders between  ($30.01 to $74.99) pays a fixed shipping rate of $11 at checkout) 

Some exceptions may apply!

Alaska, and Hawaii

We currently do not ship to Alaska, and Hawaii. We we update you when shipping is available.

Express shipping is currently not offered.

US Territories 

We currently do not ship to US Territories.

 International Shipping 

International Shipping is currently not available

Please, make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address as we will not be responsible for any missing packages. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
